terms of service

General information> To order a commission, send me an e-mail ([email protected]) or contact me through social media.
> Please note that a queue is in place; full upfront payment secures your slot, and you will need to wait until I have completed the previous projects before I can begin working on yours.
> It is not required to have a specific brief for your commission, as long as you provide me with either the theme for your character, their personality and a bit of their story if needed. Such information will help me construct my own brief(s) which we will later discuss.
> Although artistic freedom is appreciated, it is not required. I am able to create something solely based on your own idea.
> When it's your commission's turn, I will create a few rough sketches with different ideas for posing and composition for you to choose from.
> During commission work, I will provide you with a sketch and a color wip (work in progress), any changes can be applied to those. When it comes to finished artworks, only slight changes can be applied (for example changing colors).
> If you wish to receive different versions of the finished commission (for example normal & transparent background options), let me know beforehand.
> Please keep in mind that creating a larger artwork, especially one with a detailed background, may take some time. I put a lot of effort into drawing intricate details, which requires patience.
> The turnaround time for your commission depends on its position in the queue and the number of ongoing projects. There's currently around 10 slots in the queue, and you can expect that waiting times can last up to several months at most.Pricing & Payment> Full upfront payment through PayPal.
> Prices may increase depending on the design's complexity - meaning anything from your character's design (detailed outfit/armor, props, weapons, etc.) to your commission brief (complicated posing, compositioning, additional elements).
> To secure a specific deadline and prioritize your commission, an additional fee will apply based on the urgency.
> By commissioning me, you agree upon +7% of the price being added to the final payment to cover PayPal's fees.Refund Policy> I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. In that case a full refund will be given.
> There is a possibility of receiving a full refund before I start working on your commission.
> There is a possibility of a partial refund after finishing a sketch.
> Both finished commissions and the ones far in progress are non-refundable.
> Any delay to the completion of the commission caused by me will not result in any additional fees.Copyright and art usage> All rights are reserved to me.
